Delivery is a separate chargeable item per order and is determined by the following tables.

Minimum order value for free delivery - £750.00. Exclusions apply - see below for details.

For deliveries to a private address, a contact name and telephone number must be supplied.

Please note that “post” can only be used for small items that fit comfortably into the standard jiffy bag range of padded envelopes. Delivery to site address is chargeable, unless it is a specified carriage-free product.

* Some heavy goods will incur carriage costs independent of pallet prices shown above (see below under heavy goods).

Multiple pallet prices for multiple pallet deliveries are available on request.

Please note that whilst Certikin drivers are encouraged to be helpful in unloading deliveries, the Company has a legal duty to protect its employees’ safety. If drivers perceive the delivery to be too heavy or awkward to handle safely, they are encouraged to insist on the correct handling equipment or assistance. For further clarification please call Certikin on 01993 777200.

Whilst Certikin will endeavour to do its utmost to secure the delivery of goods at the required time the company cannot be held responsible for the performance of the carrier. Where possible we advise that the delivery of goods is secured prior to the commencement of work on site.

Consignments that include Hazardous Goods might be split by the carrier and as a result cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery.

We deliver UK wide but our delivery services may take a little longer if you live in the far reaches of the UK, which will also mean that premium delivery services are not available. Please call to check the availability of premium services in your area.

Please note that Certikin are unable to ship goods direct to Southern Ireland for UK registered accounts. Should you have customers in this country, goods will need to be delivered to your UK account address (normal delivery charges will be applicable) for you to then arrange the forwarding of these goods at your own expense.

For deliveries to a private address, a contact telephone number must be supplied, otherwise repeat delivery charges may be applicable.

Note: next day refers to the delivery service provided once goods have been manufactured.

For clarification

(a) Order value over £750.00 (before VAT and carriage). Routine deliveries to our customers account address on the UK mainland for each order over £750.00 (before VAT and carriage) will be delivered free of charge unless the items are designated heavy goods’ (see b).

(b) Heavy Goods - Including Fastlane, Inground Spas, Coping, Commercial Pumps and Filters, Filter Media, Granular Salt, Thermalux Covers, Walu Covers, Aquatronic Rollers, Roldeck Covers, Coverstar, One- Piece Pools, Spas, Saunas, Steam Rooms, Hot Tubs, Calorex & Dantherm Units, Water Features, Treadmills, Wooden Pools, Oil Boilers, Pool Enclosures, Reel Systems, Commercial Rollers, Swim Spas, Polypool Panels, Walu Deck & EPS Step Units.

(c) Back Orders - will normally be delivered FREE of charge if delivered to the same address, UK mainland only via standard delivery method. This specifically excludes items deemed ‘heavy goods’ or offshore for which no carriage charge has previously been incurred.
